OCC Lip Tar Matte | Mannequin, Pool Boy, RollerGirl

...I tried to come up with a bold and sexy post intro that rhymed with lip tar, but the ideas in my mind just wasn't...I mean they just were NOT!! So I'll just let these little tubes speak for themselves!
These Lip Tars were released as part of the Spring 2014 Plastic Passion Collection.  They cost $18 and have .33oz/10ml of product.  These are a part of the matte collection, they are very pigmented and comfortable to wear.  I love the info that they have on the tube, which tells you how to apply the product and the lifetime of the Lip Tar.

Get OCC's LIP TAR Matte HERE.  See swatches of Lip Colour Pencils shown above HERE
  • Mannequin is a blue-base, medium pink(lighter side of medium)(OCC  Malibu Pink) that kind of has that "barbie pink" effect, with a soft-matte finish.  It was not as easy to apply as the others, and my lips but wore comfortably and as usual with most OCC Lip Tars, you only need a tiny dot for full color.  Mannequin wore for over six hours.
  • Pool Boy is a neon-like aqua blue(OCC-aquatic blue) with a soft-matte finish. It was very easy to apply, wore comfortably, and as usual with most OCC Lip Tars, you only need a tiny dot for full color, this one even moreso; this had full coverage.  Pool Boy wore for over seven hours.
  • RollerGirl  is a deep, warm lavender purple(OCC-vibrant lavender purple) with a soft-matte finish. It was very easy to apply, wore comfortably, and as usual with most OCC Lip Tars, you only need a tiny dot for full color; this had full coverage.  RollerGirl wore for over seven hours.
*Quick Tip: Use OCC Anti-Feathered Lip Pencil(Seen HERE) to keep your Lip Tar from feathering. Feathering/bleeding usually occurs if you use too much product.

*You can mix your Lip Tars to get a customized color not only for your lips, but for your cheeks too, especially for that glowy look.

*Use OCC Lip Tars as color correctors for skin discoloration
(ideal corrector shades: yellow, lavender, green, peach/orange).
Add Lip Tar to your foundation/concealer to adjust the color
(ideal adjuster colors: yellow, orange, pink, green).
DO NOT USE ON OR NEAR EYES!(Due to the mint ingredient)

Hopefully these fare better than some of my older, and one of my newer packaged Lip Tars that opened at the seam and leaked everywhere.  That's the only real gripe I have with Lip Tars...sigh.  But I must say I'm in love with Rollergirl and Mannequin(I've been on a light pink kick lately).  Do you have any Lip Tars? Which is your fave?

...Just Face It
Nuff Luv...
